摘要：塑料工業(yè)是當(dāng)今世界上增長(zhǎng)最快的工業(yè)門(mén)類(lèi)之一，而注塑模具是其中發(fā)展較快的種類(lèi)，因此，研究注塑模具對(duì)了解塑料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有很大意義。

本設(shè)計(jì)介紹了注射成型的基本原理，特別是單分型面注射模具的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理，對(duì)注塑產(chǎn)品提出了基本的設(shè)計(jì)原則；詳細(xì)介紹了冷流道注射模具澆注系統(tǒng)、溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)和頂出系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程，并對(duì)模具強(qiáng)度要求做了說(shuō)明；最后介紹了當(dāng)今世界上最為普及的三維CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軟件PRO/ENGNEER的PROGRAM模塊，對(duì)導(dǎo)柱和導(dǎo)套進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)。

通過(guò)本設(shè)計(jì)，可以對(duì)注塑模具有一個(gè)初步的認(rèn)識(shí)，注意到設(shè)計(jì)中的某些細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題，了解模具結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理；通過(guò)對(duì)PROGRAM的學(xué)習(xí)，可以建立較簡(jiǎn)單零件的零件庫(kù)，從而有效的提高工作效率。

模具是制造業(yè)的一種基本工藝裝備，它的作用是控制和限制材料（固態(tài)或液態(tài)）的流動(dòng)，使之形成所需要的形體。用模具制造零件以其效率高，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好，材料消耗低，生產(chǎn)成本低而廣泛應(yīng)用于制造業(yè)中。
